Cancellation Policy

No Long-Term Contracts, No Cancellation Penalty

Our cancellation policy is simple. You can cancel at any time - just give us 30 days written notice by logging into your Account Manager Control Panel and submitting a cancellation request via the ticket system. We will refund any unused portion of your account prepayments as per the terms of our Service Agreement.

Cancellations over the telephone, via any other E-mail address or any other means other than your Account Manager Control Panel will not be considered valid notification of cancellation of your account.
